Cummins' Quick Service takes the following four measurements:
Communicate the service response plan with the customer within 30 minutes of receiving a repair report;
For urgent repairs, endeavour to send a maintenance engineer to the site within 4 hours of receiving the report;
For repairs to smaller faults that only need to be carried out on the vehicle, endeavour to complete them within 24 hours;
For larger faults or repairs that require more dismantling work to complete, endeavour to complete within 48 hours.
